1 Hour Session


A Yoga 1:1 session offers students a personal touch to your practice experience. You will receive individual guidance, direction and support for your practice. Instead of following along with the yoga instructor in a class setting, a private lesson allows you to set specific goals, ask questions in a sacred safe space and leave feeling stronger and more confident in the creation and structure of your personal practice. 


Yoga 1:1 is great for those who:

  • Are trying Yoga for the first time

  • Prefer a greater level of guidance or more personalized experience

  • Looking for individual attention on alignment and breath

  • Have a busy schedule and want to set your own class times

  • Want to feel more confident in a group class setting
